Lean Manufacturing
From the outset of its establishment, Forvorda has attached great importance to the concepts and work of lean production, and set up its own lean promotion team in 2007. In 2012, Forvorda heavily invested in inviting lean improvement expert consultants from Japan to vigorously promote Forvorda's lean management work. Today, the Industrial Engineering Department undertakes the promotion of Forvorda's lean improvement work and the popularization and training of lean knowledge and concepts, and contributes to Forvorda's cost reduction and efficiency increase, process optimization, 5S management, development planning, and other work.
Company-wide Proposal for Improvement
Forvorda has always encouraged all employees to make suggestions for its improvement, especially reasonable suggestions for lean production, which have been highly valued by Forvorda's management. The Industrial Engineering Department organizes company-wide proposal improvement activities. According to the proposal collection, regular proposal review activities are carried out to select the excellent proposals and promote the implementation of these improvement plans. For employees who perform better in proposal review , they are granted titles such as "Improvement Pioneer" and "Improvement Expert", as well as other bonuses and awards.
